    Job requirements
    1. Assist the factory director to grasp the work of production safety of the unit, is the person in charge of production safety of the unit, responsible for leading and organizing the work of production safety of the unit, and take the direct leadership responsibility.
    2.     3. Ensure the effective operation of the occupational health and safety system in the unit, and do a good job in the construction of safety production standardization.
    4. Organize the formulation of the annual and monthly production safety work plan and organize its implementation; organize the production safety assessment; summarize and promote the experience of safe production and civilized production.
    5. According to the changes in terms of production, process and technical transformation of the unit, timely organize the revision and improvement of the safety production rules and regulations and safety operation rules of the unit, and implement them well.
    6. Implement the principle of "five simultaneous" of production safety, and plan, arrange, inspect, summarize and evaluate the production safety work while planning, arranging, checking, summarize and evaluating the production work.
    7. Correctly handle the relationship between safety and production and other work.     10. Responsible for organizing and coordinating the safety management of maintenance and rush repair, urging the implementation of safety prevention measures for maintenance projects, and organizing the safety inspection of the maintenance site.
    11. Responsible for organizing and implementing safety risk management and control and hidden trouble investigation and management, implementing the responsibility of safety risk management, implementing the responsibility of hidden danger investigation and management, and supervising the implementation of hidden trouble rectification measures.Master the main hazard sources, major risks and their control measures of the unit.Timely study and solve the unsafe factors in the production, and implement the rectification measures.
    12. Supervise and guide the safety management department and safety management personnel to carry out safety supervision and inspection.To be responsible for organizing and carrying out comprehensive and special safety inspection and the investigation and treatment of hidden dangers for the main hazard sources, major risks and phased key work of the unit. The inspection frequency is not less than once a month, and implement rectification measures for the hidden dangers found.
    13. Responsible for organizing the training on safety skills and safety awareness education for employees.Supervise and inspect the safety education and training work for workers, and improve their safety awareness and prevention skills.
